Account identity
Clerk supplies a verified email address and basic display identity for sign-in. The application stores an internal account record and uses secure, HTTP-only sessions; credentials and passwords are not placed in league datasets.
Your league is not the product.
League Intelligence uses the minimum account and fantasy-league data needed to operate private, league-aware tools. It does not sell league data and does not request write access to Sleeper.
What the service uses
Read-only fantasy data
For connected Sleeper leagues, the service reads public league settings, scoring, account names, rosters, transactions, picks, drafts, and season-chain history needed to build the workspace.
Information you create
Saved trade drafts, GM workspace state, watchlists, preferences, uploaded constitutions or history files, and Trade Pulse responses are stored so your work survives between sessions.
How information improves the product
League-specific analysis
Roster, scoring, history, pick ownership, and manager behavior are used to calculate rankings, projections, scenarios, trades, and recommendations inside the selected league.
Private manager context
Raw Trade Pulse answers are not delivered to other managers. League market estimates and cross-league consensus may use de-identified, thresholded aggregates so one person’s response cannot be read back.
Reliability and security
Operational logs, hashed rate-limit identifiers, sync status, and tenant audit events help prevent abuse and diagnose failures without placing emails or provider account IDs in dashboard payloads.
Where it lives and who can see it
Tenant separation
Structured account and league records are stored in a tenant-scoped database. Snapshots and approved uploads use private object storage. Every protected request rechecks the signed-in account and league membership.
Role boundaries
Managers receive their own roster-scoped tools. Commissioners can see aggregate operational health and league administration, but the admin endpoint does not return member emails, raw provider user IDs, credentials, or raw manager feedback.
Service providers
Authentication, hosting, storage, fantasy data, and external football data depend on their respective providers. Each provider processes the limited information needed to supply its service under its own terms.
Your choices and retention
Export
Account settings can download your memberships, preferences, saved work, proposals, and other account-scoped records as JSON. Other managers’ private responses are excluded.
Delete or leave
You can leave a league or permanently delete your account from Account settings. Private work is removed; shared league history can remain for other active members, and commissioner authority transfers safely when possible.
Retention and safety
Operational records are retained only as needed for security, recovery, abuse prevention, and product integrity. No internet service can promise perfect security, so the service uses layered access checks, encrypted transport, private bindings, and recoverable snapshots.
